This book makes it uite hard to get excited about the recipes There are 10 pictures of the recipes including the front cover With 75 recipes total there s barely any pictures for these so when reading through them it s hard to gauge what they look like or how they will taste Some of the recipes are so simple that they almost shouldn t have been included For example there is recipe for French Frys and it called for 2 ingredients potatoes and salt I get this is a beginner book but this seems like a beginner to all cooking not just plant based living And being that it is a beginner book that makes it so much crucial that there are pictures to show off the recipes
