I want to love this recipe book and meal plan I purchased this with the assumption that 30 Day Whole Foods would be Whole 30 compliant it is not The recipes incorporate several non compliant ingredients including several grains and processed foods I was very disheartened to discover this upon opening the book and saw that oats uinoa olive oil honey and maple syrup were some of several must have items and in many recipes Though the recipes are healthy and look to be great it was NOT the Whole 30 cookbook I had hoped for Such a waste
